Can Nurses and other Allied Health be in the program?

YES! We have a special upgrade program for Nurses Philippine RNs can be upgraded to an APHRA credential within 8-9 months after landing in Australia

What happens with Accomodation with the workers

The accommodation is paid by the Worker. Every Provider Partner is different. Some arrange for public housing on behalf of the workers and sublet room and board, others build units on their land, others use empty space in their facility. The cost is neutral or positive to the Provider. We havent had any accomodation issues yet, despite the view of a shortage in regional australia. We will work through all options with you.

How Long does it take to receive my workers?

It depends on when you join the Program. We are constantly training and preparing groups of workers ready to deploy. Based on experience it could be as fast as 60 days to as long as 5 months. We will confirm availablity and deployement dates during the planning pahse.

What is the VISA Process?

With the introduction of the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement of 2023, Provders now have a certain pathway for workers who have completed our program. Within two years of starting in Austrlia with you they will be eligble automatically for Permanent Residency. All workers land in Australia using the 407 Training VISA and convert to the 482 work visa within 6 months. All VISAs have work rights.

How do I know workers will stay with us for the long term?

Two Reason. First. All workers are required to work a minimum of 3 years with their sponsoring employer. If they leave they are required to pay back the fees the Provider has paid for the new life abroad. This is a strong disincentive. Second is motivation. Filipino workers are highly motivated to build long term lives in Australia. and extremely loyal to their sponsor. International the return rate is less than 5%.
